  • When we receive the signed Retainer Agreement and deposit, we will e-mail you an online questionnaire and a list of required supporting documents to gather.
  • You complete the online questionnaire so we may complete the USCIS forms.
  • We complete the I-539 and G-28 USCIS forms.
  • We e-mail you the completed I-539 and G-28 USCIS forms for signature.
  • You return the signed forms along with the required supporting documents to us.
  • We complete the petition package and file the I-539 petition with USCIS.
  • We follow up with the USCIS until your petition is approved.

B-1 Business Visa

If you would like us to assist you in filing your B-1 Business Visa Petition, the following is an overview of how the process will work:

1. You complete and submit the adjacent form requesting a Retainer Agreement.

2. We e-mail you the Retainer Agreement.

3. You email, fax or mail us the signed Retainer Agreement with the attorney fee.

4. When we receive the signed retainer agreement and attorney fee, we will open your case and set up your online account.

5. You will receive a username and password to log in to your online account. You will then be able to complete your questionnaires and upload the required supporting documents. You will be able check the status of your case 24/7 using your online account.

6. We prepare the B-1 visa petition and petition letter.

8. We send you the B-1 visa petition package to apply at the US Embassy.

9. We follow up until your  B-1 visa is issued.
