8. We send you the completed I-140 and ETA 750B forms to sign.

9. You return to us the signed forms along with the original signed employer petition letter.

10. We complete the petition package and file the petition with USCIS.

11. We follow up with USCIS until your I-140 petition is approved.

12. We can file your I-485 Adjustment of Status Petition with USCIS either with the I-140 Petition, or after the I-140 is approved.

Our attorney service includes preparing and filing your AC-21 I-485 Adjustment of Status Portability Compliance Package with USCIS.

Our attorney fee is $400. There is no USCIS Fee.

If you would like us to prepare and file your AC-21 I-485 Adjustment of Status Portability Compliance Package with USCIS, the following is an overview of how the process will work:

1. You complete and submit the form below to request a retainer agreement.
2. We e-mail you the retainer agreement.
3. You email, fax or mail us the signed retainer agreement with the $400 attorney fee.
4. When we receive the Retainer agreement and $400 attorney fee, we will e-mail you a questionnaire and a list of required supporting documents.
5. We prepare and complete the AC-21 I-485 Adjustment of Status Portability Compliance letters.
6. We email you the AC-21 I-485 Adjustment of Status Portability Compliance letters for you and your new employer to sign and return to us along with the supporting documents.
7. You return the signed letters and required supporting documents to us.
8. We complete the package and and file your AC-21 I-485 Adjustment of Status Portability package with USCIS.
9. We follow up with the USCIS until your I-485 petition is approved.
